Refund policy

We hope you love your new Livro purchase. We will happily accept returns for a refund on items postmarked within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Discounted items 30% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit.

How to return:

Login in to your Livro account using this link - LIVRO Customer Login
Click on the order you need to return, then select request return. Your return request will be sent to our team to approve.
If your return meets the return policy guidelines and is approved you will receive an email with a pre-paid return shipping label. There will be $5.00 deducted from your total return amount to cover the cost of the return label. Should you chose not to use the provided label, you will not be charged $5.00.
